Yes, the aqua park is fun and challenging to both adults and children, there are parts of the park that the adults will struggle with, and other parts the children will struggle with, but it is great fun for everyone.
No, unfortunately we don’t offer any group discounts or military discount on our Aqua Park.

The only clothing you are allowed to wear is tight clothing, for example leggings, shorts, tight fitting t-shirts or vest tops etc. Unfortunately we cannot accept anybody wearing loose clothing.

You still take part in the rain. Our theory is…you are going to get wet anyway!!… It is good fun in the rain. We have wetsuits available to hire for those wishing to hire on arrival.

If we have a storm over head then we will pause and resume once the storm has passed. Then your time will continue as normal. This does mean we may have to delay later sessions if this does occur.

Yes you can leave before the hour is up, however you cannot return to the aqua park once you have left.

Yes you can, you just need to add an hour onto your booking, and make us aware on arrival you have more than 1 hour booked. Please note it is quite tiring and normally 1 hour is enough for the average person.

We will try our best to help you but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for traffic. If you are running late, we will try our best to get you on the park for the remainder of your session but cannot guarantee this. If you miss your session entirely, there is nothing we can do and sadly we would’t be able to offer any refunds. Please leave plenty of time for your journey.

Yes there are fish in the lake.

We have lockers for your possessions, feel free to bring your own small padlock or you can buy one here for £3. Alternatively, we recommend locking your items in your cars, and we can look after your keys behind the bar.

Yes, parking is next to the clubhouse. Parking charges apply in peak times.

Unfortunately there are no concessions on the aqua park.

Yes we have changing rooms on site, with shower and toilet facilities. These are basic with no electric point for hairdryers etc.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within this time you will lose your payment. If you give us more than 48 hour notice we will credit the payment, to be used at a later date, or offer you a 50% refund of the full amount. If you were to give us 7 days’ notice, we will then refund the full amount or put it as credit to be rebooked another time.

Yes, you cannot attend the Aqua Park if you are over 18 stone.

You must be aged 6+ and over 110cms to play on our Aqua Park. Under 8’s MUST be accompanied by an over 16 year old. We recommend under 11’s to have a responsible adult on with them. This is based on a 1:3 ratio.

Yes, you must be able to swim 50m with a buoyancy aid on, and be confident in the water. It is very likely for you to go under water. You also have to swim to the Aqua Park to gain access.

We do advise wearing wetsuit boots, or wetsuit socks. No trainers, or hard soled shoes are allowed. Otherwise barefoot is ok.

It isn’t compulsory to wear a wetsuit, we will have an updated water temperature on arrival, if you have your own wetsuit you are welcome to bring it along, otherwise we have them available to hire on arrival at £5 per person. We advise wetsuits to be worn when the water temperature is less than 15 degrees.

No, you can only hire these on arrival.

No you cannot participate if you are pregnant.

Yes all jewellery must be removed before you enter the park, including ALL removable earrings. If you have recently had any piercings we can provide tape to cover them.

Yes you can, however they MUST be secured by a chest harness – wearing a camera is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any lost devices.

It is STRONGLY advised not to wear your spectacles on the aqua park, prescription goggles are a good alternative. IF you have plastic lenses and frames, you may wear your glasses, this is done entirely at your own risk, as there is a high chance of losing or damaging them. IF you have metal frames and/or glass lenses you WILL NOT be allowed to wear them on the aqua park.

You do have to be able to pull yourself up out of the water, and it can be very tiring. You don’t have to be very fit to take part; however it is a very active sport. We do not advise unfit persons to participate.

No, we serve food and drink on site, so please respect this.

Yes you can wear swimming goggles.

You should arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your session start time. This is to allow time for your check in, changing and a safety briefing.

Yes, during peak times only. Peak times are weekends from May as well as 7 days a week July and August. Charges are £2 for 2 hours, £3 for 3 hours, £4 for 4 hours and £10 all day. Coaches and motorbikes are free.

You SHOULD NOT take part if you had suffered from a seizure within the last 12 months.
