We don’t hire out tents, but you are welcome to hire a tent from an external company, and allow them to set it up for you for when you arrive. You still have to book and pay for our campsite pitch.
There is no maximum group allowed, but it is obviously subject to availability.
Unfortunately not. We don’t allow any Stag or Hen groups on the campsite.
Yes you can have a campfire on any of our pitches, some have log seating around, others just have the fire pit.
In the woodland pitches, some logs are available for seating, however we strongly advise bringing your own seats.
No we don’t serve dinner in the clubhouse.
Yes we do have washing up facilities on the campsite.
No, unfortunately we don’t allow dogs on the campsite.
No, unfortunately we don’t offer electric hook up.
You are allowed to play music very quietly up to 10pm, however after that we ask for all noise to be off, and quiet talking around the campfire only.
Yes you can park next to your tent in most instances.
No we don’t have a shop onsite, closest shops are Tesco Express and Co-Op in Fordingbridge, 2 miles away. Or Sainsburys and Waitrose in Ringwood, 4 miles away.
Yes you can charge your phone in the clubhouse, we ask for a small donation to our charity, Youth Cancer Trust.
No, we don’t have WIFI available on site.
O2 and Vodafone get good signal, others are various.
Yes these cost £15 for a half barrel and can be purchased before 7pm on day of arrival.

You can check in from 12 noon until 8pm. On day of departure you must check out by 11am.

We have a small paddling area to cool off in the lake but it is not suitable for swimming.
Unfortunately we have a 72 hour cancellation period, where if you cancel within 72 hours, you will lose your payment. If you give us more than 72 hours’ notice, we will happily keep the payment in credit for you to re book another time, subject to availability. Or you can receive a 50% refund of the full amount.
No unfortunately we no longer offer lakeside camping. Camping is in the woodland area only.
The ground in the woodland is fairly hard so we suggest you have some up-rated pegs to make sure you can secure your tent properly.
